Whether you're developing a new component or transferring an existing part, RAO works with you from concept through production. Our engineering team and in-house tool room assist with part development, tooling design, and manufacturability—providing a seamless path from concept to production.

From hand-fed operations to fully automated press lines, we have the equipment and experience to meet your production and quality requirements at virtually any volume. We work with steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and can form and stamp material from 26 gauge through ½ inch.

With presses up to 850 tons and large press beds, we manufacture deep drawn and stamped components in a wide range of sizes, shapes, and configurations to meet your application requirements.

Secondary operations including welding, spot welding, PEM insertion, and hardware installation are performed under one roof. We also coordinate painting, plating, anodizing, and other finishing processes through trusted local partners. Then, completing any sub-assembly or final assembly required before delivery.
