RAO fabricates custom metal components for data center equipment, including EC fan mounting plates, EC fan rotors, server tug components, and miscellaneous housings and enclosures. We partner with you to support new product development, production launches, and ongoing manufacturing programs.

Our engineering team and in-house tool room support part development, tooling design, and manufacturability to help move your product efficiently from design into production. With capabilities including deep drawn metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, welding and assembly, we manufacture components to customer specifications while meeting demanding quality, delivery, and production requirements.

Secondary operations including welding, PEM insertion, hardware installation, and coordinated finishing services allow us to deliver production ready components for integration into your finished product.
